Same thing you do in all threads: open your mouth.

Ah, now I understand. Yes, that a reasonable remark. Thank you for educating me so profoundly! I will pass on words to Cakewalk not to deal with me in a such a friendly and productive manner anymore now that this fundamental flaw of my design has been revealed. Again thank you!

Just to correct some misconception: Neither Cakewalk nor its customers felt in any way harassed by my post (and it wasn't by any means my goal to do that). To the very contrary, Sonar 8 implemented fixes for the issues I stumbled upon and both Cakewalk and its users were very happy with the results.
HAL: I know I've made some very poor decisions recently, but I can give you my complete assurance that my work will be back to normal. I've still got the greatest enthusiasm and confidence in the mission. And I want to help you.

So on the Cakewalk forums you tell them how you are helping Ableton, and over here you tell us how you helped them. Well done you, in your imagination you really are something special. A shame that the people who actually know how the program works seem to disagree with your own assessment of yourself.

TL;DR "I know best" posts on Cakewalk forums = 96
TL;DR "I know best " posts on Ableton Forums = 2,962

perhaps you ought to go back over there and gather some more ego fuel?

Best wishes and success for your product. I'm going back to fight with Ableton support

IF YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK OUT OF YOUR PRODUCT, JUST WALK AWAY ALREADY AND LEAVE THE REST OF US TO HAVE FUN, SINCE NONE OF THE REST OF US CARE ABOUT THIS BATTLE.

SERIOUSLY, IF THERE IS A THREAD THAT SHOULD BE LOCKED AND/OR DELETED, IT SHOULD BE THIS ONE.

You do recognize that this was an answer to the request to do further testing?
Noel Borthwick wrote:I'm curious if you also see this behaviour in WDM mode or its only in ASIO mode?
I meant to say something like: "Sorry, I'm no Cakewalk user and the demo I used for comparison with Live has expired, but I'm sure you can test this yourself. Best wishes and good success with your product."

And guess what, it was understood right, Noel was very happy about being pointed to a fundamental issue and didn't care wetheer I am a paying customer or not and I am still at very good terms with Cakewalk. Unfortunately we are gonna use Logic on OS X now, but I will surely try to make Sonar run on the Macbook either via Bootcamp or maybe even via Wine/Virtualization (no need for ASIO with Sonar, WDM performs great there).

Isn't it grand how my support and understanding for Chris J's problems with Ableton Support has turned into a Rage Against The Timur thread again? This all is a very interesting social experiment here.

Is there actually a software sequencer/audio application that can automate every VST parameter of every VST?

If so, I would love to know what it is.

Bitch, please, there is a big difference between a social experiment and being an annoying, obtrusive shit. You are the latter.

you think you can play us here you little twat?
bend all the context you want,
selectively respond by by-passing your quoted drivel as you want,
but don't think people here are stupid and aren't on to you..

because you again conveniently 'forgot' to quote this part of your comment..

see.. that is exactly why people here don't get along with you..
the same as how you conveniently by-passed Nico's comment on how you tried to outsmarten them over the weekend by posting drivel while they were gone..
you think we did not read that part?

you are simply not a worthy discussion partner..
heck, you only drop monoloques here because you answer as you please, totally disregard the essence of what people say to you..
maybe you're simply not capable of extracting essences from normal daily conversations at all.. would be sad..

why not start taking people serious here and don't treat them as stupid..
you might think you're a smart boy, but you're not..

Nah, I didn't forget that, I quoted the part I talked about, a part that was quote by, I think, Angstrom before, so it seemed to have some relevance to you people.

Now let's talk about the part of my post that you marked in evil red letter. Maybe this time you conviniently "forgot" to post the whole quote?
Timur wrote:I'm going back to fight with Ableton support over their list of unidentified (hence unfixed) issues.
Aaah, now the picture completes. I did not write about fighting against Ableton support, but about me quarrelling with Ableton support about outstanding issues in Live.

Does that make me the "twat" you like to hate so fervently? Judge yourself. Thank you.

PS: Yes, I waited seven weeks for the best possible opportunity to hit Ableton Support as hard as I can on that aforementioned weekend! I'm such a mean machine I think it's dangerous for myself to lie in bed with me.
