if you just want to chop samples and sequence them and do nothing else it's fine, but even then it gets sluggish after 6 tracks, the fx sound terrible and the process of using them is terrible as well, global swing and global tempo only is terrible also, dallas austins friends will apparently say anything for a free beat thang but imho he's a backbiter, in one fell swoop he has marketing this thing as if he was thinking about the kids and miraculously created something for them that the industry needed 8O that fool didn't have nothing to do with it, the beatkangz got jacked.

the only good thing about the product is that half a nerd could turn it into some groundbreaking kit, ..
where are all the hackers, the diys, the linux music heads and open source evangelist.....your time has arrived!!!

This reminds me of the old Korg drum and synth "beat thangs" from the 90's. You midi those up to an MPC and you were off and running. It's surprising that someone would put out such a thing at that price today given the software that's available and widely in use.

Black folks iz crazy!

 but if it worked correctly and on top of that how you would expect it would be worth the price
you know how musicians are, we'd pay 4000 for a guitar if it sounds like an angel. when they drop down to $200 I'm gonna buy one and then pay one of these diy heads to program me up some dope os shit for like $500

I like the part where you have to wait for it to process the timestretch. Realtime is such a drag, man
