I'll certainly give them that much. I think thats the advantage to having the kind of funding they do and charging up to $200 for a fucking ticket will give you one hell of a visual treat. Also the fact that its in concert format rather than rave or party gives it the advantage to rig up a whole stage and whatnot. The helmets are very impressive as well, I heard they're covered in LED's displaying various images.
theyre suits are the normal ones they wear (like in photos and in the gap advert) then they go off for a few minutes, come back on for an encore, and just as were getting into thomas b and dj falcons - together this happens....
then stardust - music sounds better with you and one more time comes in

shouldnt be. that's like trying to convince someone that trance the past few years hasnt been cookie-cutter.
if i have to spend hours on beatport or audiojelly just to find a few gems, the state of trance is hardly something to be respected. that's why im playing and producing mostly deep tech and dubby tech-house lately...so much amazing music being produced right now that's not trance its hard to ignore.

Anyone else listen to this? Good work, has a lot of potential. Did you use any DP samples to make it? I'd really like to hear it developed, you can barely get into the groove in just :14

Thats the point, just set it on loop!
The big prize goes to whoever can ID the sample, it is an entire phrase with some gating and filtering applied - just like DP would. It is not a sample used by DP.

i concur, daft punk is the diet coke of electronic music.
some people enjoy things that are close to what they like but are full of weird additives and actualy taste like vomit.

When i was 22 i went to a club and everybody
danced the polonaise to "Around the world".
I had my hand on a 16 year old girl's shoulders.
Later I had them on her breasts. And even later...
I really liked Daft Punk since then.
