Nice reference, Seyser. I think you deserve the prize for best post. That'll provide me with hours of entertainment.

I like the article about how evolutionists can't care about the environment. Most insulting, and of course, complete crap.

To my shame, I've been here from the beginning. Not quite as heavy on the post count as some, though.

Sorry, man, you were in the running as well. But that site will keep me going for weeks.

Interesting new results concerning the source of moral intuition:

"The findings are the most direct evidence that humans’ native revulsion to hurting others relies on a part of neural anatomy, one that evolved before the higher brain regions responsible for analysis and planning."

Alas, I work in this field and every new discovery rarely plays out well in the arena of everyday life. Take SSRI medication...we use it, and sometimes it works, but often it doesn't. Ask a psychiatrist how it works...why it doesn't...they can't tell you, they don't know.

But wait, then we've got psychiatrists (Healey, Warme, Fraterolli) stating that the whole brain/chemistry thing is bogus:

and wishful thinking by neuroscientists. And that the unconcious is alive and well.

In other words, don't get too excited.

The pic reminds me of this one club I used to go to. mental. That's me there just ath the front left on the hillock being ridden by the black gimp creature. "Yeah! Ride me to the giant knife", I'm shouting.

Wild times.

The people in the glowing bubble above are actually the people cueing to get in, but as you can see our bouncer is having none of it.

ah right, I though the guy in the bubble was the DJ, and the girls in dresses on either side were saying "play something we can dance to, not this glitch shit" and "have you got any funk?"
you can just see some people smoking big pipes backstage.

meanwhile on the dancefloor, it was getting a bit messy
