I don't know if this is good for me. It does talk about recording but it does not specify which instruments are suitable to plug in or pre-amps or anything else that I struggle to understand.

Oh no, it doesnt have any Hi-Z input for your bass...

You need an interface with a Hi-Z input so you can plug your bass in.
