The beginning of that tune sounds like a the music from a nightmare on elm street.
Surely we've only got your word for it that you're the real leisuremuffin? For all we know you've spent the last 4+ years and ~3500 posts concocting a huge back story to justify stealing this dude's one track. Though I admit that creating all those other tracks as leisuremuffin was a great move to back up your story.

Is Leisure Muffin a copyrighted name? Did you register it as a trademark or a business name ?? If you did, then you should inform him of the copyright and he will have no legal claim andhave to back down.
If not, then you have no legal recourse. And it's only your word against his for stuff like being deleted from Myspace. So maybe you should go ahead and register your name ahead of him in the event that neither of you are registered.
I'm not trying to be funny here, I hope that common sense prevails and if you were first, a dialogue might lead to the imposter dropping his claim on the name. A friend of mine at another site had the same situation, and the people who jacked his name were Russian domain name jackers, who do this stuff all the time and try to extort money from you to drop their claim. They went and set up a whole bunch of websites and MySpace's under their version of the same name and he can't do anything about it as he will not pay them 800 dollars for his name back (initially they demanded 1500 dollars). Myspace did nothing. In the end he was allowed to slightly modify his user name from 'xyz' to 'xyzmusic' (xyz being an example, not the real name) but they did not delete the imposter site.

make a crappy music video and post it under his birth name?
just kidding... i'd suggest telling him to stop and then forgetting about the whole thing, as I suspect any effort beyond an email or two is putting too much time & energy into it.
Not that your band name isn't worth protecting, but my guess is this kid is really no more than a little bug so searching the house for implements of destruction and mayhem would be silly.

Maybe he looks up to you. Maybe you should be happy someone liked the track enough to make a fanvid of it.
Maybe you should murder his family...

Funny! I want one of those.
yeah, i'm not taking it super seriously.
no the name isn't trademarked (what kind of fuck-nut would want to call themselves that anyway??) But i've had leisuremuffin.com for quite some time, that might be some leverage if there were ever a real issue. but i don't know or really care that much.
really, this is just a nuscience, not a legal situation. It's not like this cat is tearing it up making tons of cash and reputation on my name.
but it is highly annoying.
just to note, he's not using my name for any enterprise whatsoever. He's just using my name on other forums and like games and shit. That i don't care about other than being annoyed. It's just that after i looked a little deeper i found that video, which is a problem. I can't really allow that to go down.

Guy uses your music in a fucking basically proof of concept video online with less than 400 hits, uses your name in nerd video game forums, and you claim identity theft. I say he adulates you to a degree, and now you're being a douche about it.
before you go getting pissed at me, think about what I'm saying for a second, all this points to him admiring you, not trying to steal your talent and rep etc. You're getting angry at a schoolkid crush!
