what do you mean exactly by "flicker"?
and how much is "a lot of automation"?

did you download and install the latest drivers for your BCR/F?
what you mention was an issue with the original drivers but it's sorted now...

@ about five knobs or more being "tweaked" by live, the update rate for the leds means that all leds on the device appear to be flashing slightly. Like a bad fluorescent light. Does your unit do that as well?

all the leds flashing slightly?
no, i've never noticed such a behaviour.
i'll try to investigate further. i'll let you know.

oh yeah w8 .. this is another point why i love those machine - you don't need a driver for osx!

you need the latest firmware for the bcr...but maybe v.1.06 or 1.07
read the .pdf it will tell you how to set up the bcr so it doesn't have midi feedback problem
... which makes the knobs move slow
it has been so long since i updated mine i can't remember anymore..

Ah! Thanks...noticed I didnt have the correct firmware installed. I installed it once, but overwrote it with the old one for some stupid reason...*DOH*
