same here. updated to suite. but i`m sure we soon receive our keys. there was also no official email from the abes, so i don`t worry, and i`m sure that i have the key online at my account data tommorrow

i emailed support, i still have the email saying you can get Suite for free. Hopefully they hold up their end of the bargain.

How much was the upgrade to 7 (w/ free upgrade to before today?

The upgrade from 7 to 7 Suite was $319.

What a horribly /wonderful week that was.

Well I still have 6 and never saw any option for that, everything was kinda vague... Now it just says 1-7 to 8 = X.
Oh well.

I upgraded from Live 7 to Live 7 Suite in February, had the same problem as you guys, i.e. no upgrade option against my account today after the relase of Live 8. Email them - I got my free upgrade/new serials through in around an hour after doing so. Sweet

It's all good. Hold tight. I upgraded from L7 to L7 Suite after Jan. 15th and as promised now rock the L8 upgrade for $0. As soon as the forum lit up with the L8 release, I went ahead logged in, went to Upgrades, selected the License with the $0 upgrade dowload option and down cames the 390MB+ sweetness! While it was dl-ing two e-mails came from ableton. One with the serial numbers for L8 upgrade, Collision and Latin Percussion. And another announcing the release, with a special blurb at the beginning that ended with "To take advantage of the special upgrade offer, simply log in to your user account and go to: http://www.ableton.com/nl231-upgrade".

They've got you. You haven't been screwed.

You bought Ableton Suite recently so you're entitled to a free upgrade to Suite 8. Now's the time to get it!

To get your free upgrade, simply log into your user account and go to:

i go to this page (while logged in) and there is no way to download the suite.

im guessing they are just delaying us recent upgraders so their servers dont become overloaded.

ugh I was psyched about this all day, and even got an e-mail with a link to download my free upgrades only to find they aren't there...major buzz kill but glad it's being sorted out

The problem is not solved for everyone.
Still wrong price for people who should pay 49euros because of an "after 15th january upgrade". For Live 8, not Suite.
