but its not...arrgghh.

I've got my serials in my account all right, but the instruments are not showing in the browser.
I've tried opening Live8 again, installing, for example Analog, but when I do so, I get a message that it is already installed but still, it won't show it the browser. Has anyone had this problem ? I need to get on with work tonight asap and can't...
Sorry I'm new to Live...blush...

Hi

You need to 're-license' your products.

Do this by going to the authorization page and click 'authorize this computer'

Yes!

I didn't click that, as I got an email from Ableton after I've installed Live8 which said that I've used all authorisations...got confused by that since it was the first time Live 8 was installed here, so why that email? Anyway...cheers ! :D

Interesting...I just got another email this minute (just as I've authorised these instruments) which says that I have reached my authorisation limit ? :? It seems that each time I authorise an instrument, Live engine gets authorised too, and therefore uses up my allotted authorisations ? Is that so ?

Hi

I don't know is the short answer.

I would've thought that the license system would recognise that you are still 're-licensing' the same computer.

Mmmm - I'm out of comments.

I do think (as far as I'm aware) that you are not authorising individual instruments rather the 'total' of what products you have. I have clicked 'authorise this computer' many times and I'm still clear of getting an email like yours?

I'm certain support will come to the rescue :D
