yes. as far as we know this project is about Cycling 74 putting their software inside Live.
nobody knows 100% for sure but this has been the message they're sending out.

AFAIK, it will NOT include Jitter... which sucks... a lot.

meh, I'm an audio guy, leave the blinkyshit to the other guys. if it lowers the price I'd happily have jitter left out. playing with graphics is fun but REALLY CPU intensive, not to mention storing video on your computer LOTS of drive space required.

It WILL include jitter, but it will be a huge CPU whore so maybe not as usable as some would like it to be.

While it's not entirely clear how it will work, they have already stated that it WILL be possible to run Jitter in M4L, only that it will require a different license just as the post-Max 5 license schemes break down into two categories: 1) Max+MSP, 2) Max+MSP+Jitter.
