I preordered mine from Novamusik.com for $369 but that was back in January and am not sure if that price is still available at this date. You have to contact them.

Also I am not sure about international shipping. You may want to be at your SF address for delivery of this one.

Yep, they have only allocated around 30 of their 50 reserves for Launch so far apparently - not too bad. If you mention "Chuck gave the OK on the preorder price of $369" in the comments field after ordering, they charge you $369.

To NZ, it's approx: $369US + $65US = $720NZD. Add 12.5% for import duty and that's the bottom line. Fuck-all.

Local retailers in NZ won't get their shipments till...... July apparently. Fuck. That. Also estimated $1000 - $1200 point of sale price. Again, fuck that.

So, just a question for anyone that has currently seen and/or have access to an APC, can you please tell me what the specs for the power supply are? Is it 12V 2.0Amp DC regulated or unregulated? Will be scouting a supply since the state's 110v won't work in Aussie/NZ.

Why is the exchange rate so shit over there or does it just look that way in text? My brain fries on this stuff. And isn't a lot of stuff manufactured in Asia so it would be closer and therefor cheaper and quicker to ship? It's early, maybe I'm not making a lot of sense right now.
