prefs > record warp launch > create faces on clip edges

won't get rid of existing clip fades but will stop new ones having them

Hello,

The "show Fades" command doesn't create any fade. The very little fades you see are there on clip creation, if the "create fades on clip edges" Preferences is ON, or if you drag a clip from session to arrangement which has the Fade switch ON. You can get rid of these by dragging the corresponding fade handle, or by changing the "create fades on clip edges" to OFF, and selecting the clip(s) and choosing "reset fades" in the context menu (or Ctrl/Cmd Delete).

Kind regards,
Amaury

i know you can turn this off to prevent this in theory, but in practice it still created fades. at the least it did, haven't checked with the latest stable.
there's been some threads about it in the past too.

The small fade on clip edge is cool

So this is not about the BBC series, then?
