I tried to read both of the posts you linked these days and immediately stopped reading after a few minutes. Your posts are so centered around yourself, I immediately felt like "I don't care what you think!", only because of your style. Besides that I disagree in so many points, finally that made me stop reading. A reader wants at least some identification with the text, and you gave me none.

I whole heatedly agree, it was about as engaging as reading about someones trip to the grocery store. The entire concept of the rant blog is flawed anyway, to write a rant you have to be fanatical about your point of view which makes your point of view less than relatable and less about convincing people about anything and more about simply trying to irritate people with your point of view. the only other possibility is that the writers ego is so out of wack that they genuinely believe the world wants to read their thoughts on everything.
