ive got some really good dubby sounds out of the live simple delay.

remember to turn off the link button and set delay to time (instead of beat).

and roll off some of the top end if you want it to sound like tape 8)

Do you mean this specifically?

No, I think he means this one:

I love the Ohmforce stuff! Use it all the time myself.
But Ohmboyz is not particulary cheap for a delay plugin.

On PC I vote for the e-Phonic "Retro Delay" too:

It's tapestyle delays and springstyle reverb sound very nice.

This one is really great, & so much fun to play (but no Intel/Universal Binary support)

It's not really a space echo emu, but a fantastic dub delay, so i vote a +1

Almost everything at smartelectronix rules and rocks to hell.

Go & try LiveCut

You could also try DFX Transverb From DestroyFX, really deserves some attention

OT: anyone would know a freeware plugin like T-racks [from IK multimedia]?

Not based on the roland space echo, but it's free.
i'm digging that
i racked it up with a simple delay and auto pan then tweaked it and dropped it on a send
very fun :) very nice

My favorite dub delay plugin is audio damage's dubstation..

http://www.audiodamage.com/effects/prod ... ?pid=AD006

but since I started using the moog analog delay, its not even close...

I love Moog gear, but if I was going to spend anywhere near that amount of money I would have to consider one or two of the originals, & at that price I can include lifetime maintenance!
