I've tried with the normalize on and off and same thing, I'll try the (I'm dubing your technique) "bounce) technique a min and see what that does.

Hi there,
I've looked at your screenshot and I notice that all your tracks are routed to "sends only" which happens to be an EQ.
Also that some of the tracks sends are higher / lower than the others.
If you are using the same EQ for all tracks why not put it on the master?
Then you can assign all tracks to "master" and all tracks will be effected by the same EQ., regardless of levels going to E.Q.
I wish I could be there to help as I feel it's a really simple problem and that you're overlooking the obvious.
Just have a rethink of your routing........
