Who's this "we" you're referring to, you got a rabbit in your pocket?

Listen, I'm not a big fan of lists either because it's all subjective and I also tend to get offended when a song that I really adore doesn't make it in the spot I think it should be in. But on the flipside, Pitchfork just put together a list of 500 songs that they think you should be hip to, and even gave you links for 99% of those tracks so you could listen for yourself and maybe even find a new favorite song. It's a generous offering, maybe it wouldn't be so bad to just appreciate it for what it is and let it be?
