3 suggestions
1) work through the live tutorials
2) read the manual - if you have a printed copy and aren't a germophobe, I used to take mine into the bathroom and read a chapter on the potty
Do this over 2-3 weeks and you'll have read the whole thing.
3) there are also plenty of Youtube tutorials, look some up. Also there are people who have produced good training material for decent value on DVD or downloadable video clips, Nick The Zombie is one but there are several others (sorry chaps, can't remember your names on the spot).
