actually i tried different settings, mostly something between 251 - 512.
What do you recommend?

In a mix the other day i had terrible clicks and pops, checked the optical cables ( I pipe the audio to a desk) , checked the latency settings, changed the song arrangement, tried to put sounds in ram everything, finally defragged the H.D, problem solved.
Well worth checking
