Nice to know immature stupidity does achieve something. Actually got hold of some of my Dad's old vinyl, so recording all that into Logic, see what I can do with it.

now that sounds interesting I'd like to know how you feel about using logic for that vs. ableton and what you prefer about it for sample based composition?

I never use Logic for composition!

But it has bounce in place, so I can quickly normalize audio and Logic does it to -0.1dB, so makes what I'm doing a little quicker, which is good because there's a few boxes of it to get through!

I found it on some torrent site. too old to be copyrighted I think so may milk it....

Teach yourself Karate (vinyl)
and..Ice-T on Celebrity Mr&Mrs (shady British TV game show on just an hour ago..glad i got that phonecall tbh )

not great sampling material either though tbh (sounded good in theory)
