It will jump up a bit for me but most of the time it stays low for me. I run a few synths (Rektor ConceptX and Massive) that kill my CPU on certian presets. So I guess I am comparing it to that.

For a while I was using this thing called "Toxonic Glitch"

When I got the Finger I noticed way less CPU being used. I liked that, but yes it is known to spike the CPU. Another note, I quit using all other resemblences of the Finger after I got the finger, and It never gives me much trouble.

In a normal Live Set, I am also running, a Drum Rack with tons of samples, about 10 FX chained up, A bunch of Operators in an Instrument Rack Chain, FM8, 2 ableton loopers, about 10 M4L devices, lots of clips, a reverb rack, and a few extras. Somtimes I have Traktor routed to Ableton and Guitar Rig working doing Guitar Synthesis.

Granted I do not have every single thing going at one time. But I do push my CPU's limitations. I would say the Finger is the least of my troubles.
