Well, adding vertical zoom only feels natural. You have an area you want to work on in detail, you should be able to zoom in on it all the way. Not just horizonally. Im not sure why they left this out (to be different?)

Zooming in both directions, in combination with being able to edit the MIDI right on the tracks, would make it about 100x easier to sequence a whole song in production.

Not sure if this has been said, but a 'count in' when recording would be extremely handy... and very simple new feature! For guiatr/bass heads it's impossible to hit record and get ready to play in time!

if you're recording while the sequencer is running, and in session view, its easy to just set your clip launch quantize to 1 or 2 bars. Then once you launch a record clip, it will take that 1 or 2 bars before recording begins.

and one of these would help as well...

The biggie for me at the moment is:

- Being able to set the loop start/end points in the arrange view just by clicking, as in Cubase, Ctrl Click to set loop start, Alt-Click to set loop end.

At the moment I have to go and find the loop and drag it over to where I want it to be... very very very annoying!

Global Automation Off/Over-ride button

When mixing a track in the studio, this is a necessity. Selectively over-riding per channel is for trims, but sometimes a whole song section needs to be re-done, and the existing automation just gets in the way. Several different work-arounds are possible I'm sure, but one button to globally over-ride all automation at a particular point would be very helpful.
