17 finished. Does posting on alonetone count as "released"? Those who "release" your tunes, do you make money of them? Roughly how much a song?

About 30 projects, of which I finished about 12.
1 a month is ok I guess, but I'd like to be much more productive.
Getting a girlfriend last summer was the worst thing that ever happened my music hobby. She's going to a party tonight so I'm getting stuck into some Ableton later.

5 tracks... not nearly as many as i would've wanted but hey... this year should be more productive

I have a theory that has yet to be substantiated through focus groups or actual facts, but I think anybody that releases 30+ tracks a year that isn't making a living from that alone is doing some formulaic, almost cookie cutter, form of house music that is driven more by clichés of the genre than actual inspiration.

I finished 29 BUT i have very low standards. The quality of 99% of my projects would be heavily criticized and be considered unfinished by most, if not all of you. However, they were fit for purpose, and learning to say 'enough is enough' has helped me learn heaps about production and my own limits. Its also stopped me from feeling bogged down, stuck in the mud.
