8) I'll be lookin forward to it!

I tried that firmware update. I got it installed on the MPD, although it didn't go that smoothly, it eventually worked... but I still can't get Live to sync with the transport. :( I was kinda tossed last night when I did it, so I need to read through the release notes etc. again and see what I'm missing. They're boasting that ability so obviously it can do it... Maybe its a setting in Live I'm forgetting about...

Yeah, firmware is 1.10 that I installed.

:( No dice.

Maybe this is where my problem lies... I turned off and unplugged all my other devices (Remote Zero, and Axiom 25) on Friday night, but still nothing... In Live prefs I made sure that Track and Remote are both set to On.
Is there another place to control what channel is being used? Maybe I'm just missing some piece of MIDI knowledge that I failed to pick up along the way...

Thanks for your help.

edit: just in case you're wondering drum pads still work in Live and I can still map faders and knobs.... just not transport

The only buttons I can't seem to get midi-mapped are the << and >> keys.
I have the updated firmware on my MPD 24 and if track sync and remote are enabled and you have the MPD 24 selected as the right USB midi device from the dropdown menu in preferences. your shuttle controls will work as well. very convienient for skipping ahead/back when you don't want to grab the mouse.
Yeah, I'll sample that.
