i will stop the personal attacks. and i would still love to get your stuff fixed so you can use it the way you want. but as ableton and i both offered you help by now (but in case of ableton, it would have been work from your side: giving them the information they requested in the form they requested), and you don't take that chance, the ball is now on your side.

you are still talking bullshit.. help ableton and nail some bugs for them.. thats the only thing you can do .. you defently cant fix anything on my system.. even when the problem would be there i would doubt that..

but as everybody knows by now, except you of cause..

the problem is L8. wether i provide even more infos and bug findings or not wont change that..

wouldnt even speed up the thing because i probaly would find mean things just when they think its fine now..


They have to rewrite the thing.. thats seems to be clear by now.. every fix thts getting there soon will have issues at least for parts of the userbase.. one ca only hope to be on the lucky side.. or abandon L8 before it leads to further disapointments

it would change that they would know where exactly in live (written with millions of lines of code) it would be. and thus, maybe would change that the bug would not exist anymore.

indeed. but the rewrite is a multiyear project at minimum. sadly development can't happen just over night.. just as bugfixing. it would be amazing if it could. but this is what you still don't understand: it's not magic. it's just hard work.

and yes they should fix it. but you don't seem to understand how much you could help them at doing it faster.

well, translation of what ever i said:

if people work together, they can solve issues faster, than if one complains and the other has to run blindly.

so if 3phase would work together with ableton to help fixing the problem, they would be faster at fixing them, than if he denies helping and just complains instead.

teamplay it's called. working together, something social and such, helping each other in bad times..

i understand getting angry if something doesn't work. i don't understand not coming down afterwards and say, okay, i help, but lets get this damn thing fixed! because instead staying angry and just pointing fingers will sure NOT get it fixed any faster.

which was my main suggestion to 3phase all the time. but he's not interesting in teamplay.

that was not my point. point is, if people work together, they can solve stuff faster, or with less work, or what ever. this is common knowledge to most. not to you, as it looks. and definitely not to 3phase.

by denying further help, he denied on having a chance to get his issues resolved more fast. and then, he complained about it not being solved that fast.

indeed i'm a fanboy when i react the same no matter what software, hardware, or actual problem appears. we happen to be on an ableton live forum => my reaction is related to this product here. but i react the same for about any form of stupid behaviour. behaviour, that doesn't fix what gets complained about.
