yeah, it's not just amplitube
but none of them ever cause problems in reaper
Thanks for the tip, it seems much more stable in Reaper.
IK support tells me they've got an update coming out "very soon" so hopefully that will help things too.

I have Cubase 5 and Reaper.
If you get the $15 J-Bridge bitbridge VST Cubase 5 is as reliable as Reaper (talking 64 bit versions of the DAWS). Cubase's own inbuilt bitbridge in C5 is poor, and Sonar and Reaper's native bit bridges are better but Steinberg are looking at improving it in the near future, in the meantime J-Bridge allows many, many more plugins to run and only costs $15.
There are still plenty of plugins which have problems with Reaper, Sonar and Cubase, even with J-Bridge in 64 bit versions of the DAWS. Many people prefer to keep running the 32 bit version of these DAWS under 64 bit o/s, largely because of iffy plugin compatibility.
