Just got my maschine since 1 month now, and I can't stop thinking of what NI is making for our controllerism future...

imagine the future maschine hardware update!!!!!! Maschine 2 will be fantastic I'm sure, maschine 1 beeing already the most brilliant pieace of integrated hard/software since years...

maschine 2 : 2

-2x16pad grids with dedicated step sequencer buttons, on the right side (loop lenght, grid browsing, on-the-fly loop tools...)
-4 lcds above the pad grids + 1 lcd on the upper left for general informations and more hype)
-16 pots
-16 buttons,
-8 macro control pots like the apc40 with ledrings just above the 8 group buttons (and their additive 1-8/9-16 selector, see below)
-VST host support,
-16 groups,
-16 outputs (stereo or mono),
-16x16 patterns per group,
-full dual project management (possibility to on-the-fly save and load patterns, by : pattern, user group-combinations, 4-group,8-group and full 8+8 group projects)
-fully resizable and moddable GUI, with ability to have a dual sequencer monitoring
-updated maschine controller (using the whole stuff)

weeeez
