Damn!! no luck, I don't get it...
CAble network, AudioMidi connected and all the sync done on both and still no sync....

For troubleshooting you need a systematic approach.

First, make sure the network connection is working properly.
To check, try sending midi notes from Logic to Live.

If that works, investigate synchronization.
You could try midi clock first instead of MTC as it's easier to set up.
