Yes Zigzag, still looking for fiddle~ . So I could give tiago_gla's patch a try.
Can I download it somewhere? (did'nt find it on your thread)

What better way to build interest than to publish it?

maxobjects.com is one place to publish.

Also, you might take note that Miller Puckette specifically asks for links to Windows ports of his externals:

I recently ported some supercollider OSX externals to windows and wanted to use maxobjects. But I am unfamiliar with github to link my code + binaries properly. When I have the time, I will.

Btw, windows ports of fiddle & bonk are now posted at the toolbox directory of cycling74 .
Tried to contact the author Ted Apel since my last post but he never responded.

Maybe because he's not technically the author. [fiddle~] is a Pd external by Miller Puckette that Ted Apel ported to Max (for Mac).
