First of all there is nothing wrong with Israelis is there? Please don't start with the anti-semitism.
Arafat screwed the Palestinians just as bad as the Israelis. If you don't believe me then consider this, Sewer Rat... ahem I mean Suha Arafat will not go to Ramallah and bury Mr. Arafat why? Because she knows she will not leave Ramallah alive. Why??? Because with the help of Mr. Arafat she has been stealing money out of humanitarian and other Palestinian funds and funneling the money into Swiss bank accounts. Arafat has been robbing the Palestinians blind!!! Arafat has failed the Palestinians by refusing to negotiate a peace settlement in the late 90's with Barak and President Clinton. How many innocent people have died because of this failure? How many Palestinians have lost their opportunities to lead decent lives because of this failure. Arafat was born to lead people into war, but never could see past Himself to lead the Palestinians out of war. This will forever be his legacy. Please research how many wars Arafat had helped to start. He was no statesman. He killed more Arabs than Jews, he was a monster any which way you slice it. The Palestinians would probably have a state by now if it were NOT for Arafat. I pray that now Palestine has a chance of success.

I was talking to an Israeli gal few days ago. She was very educated, open, tolerant, peaceful, she even had nice words to say about Arabs...
and thinking that in her country, on the other side of the "wall", some of these Arabs just dream of slitting her throath, truly breaks my heart...
When I see how f----d the situation is in there, I don't even feel anger anymore. Only plain, deep sadness...
Both Israel and Palestine have the right to live on this land.

Well - throwing the stick in the chickenden - in fact Israel as it exists now shouldn't have existed at all ... mind this is not an anti-semetic statement, a mere historical one.

Israel was CREATED by the UK & USA after WW2 as compensation for Holocaust and the financing of the wareffort by the Jewish community abroad. The historical fact is that the Jewish diaspora is already so old that they had and have (IMHO) no rights whatsoever to claim Palestina as their own ... (and please don't reply here with Biblestatements etc) .... it would be as unthinkable as we would race back our ancestors and go over with the family to that particular region and settle and "claim our rights".

If I'm remembering well this kind of happened and didn't really succeeded with former black american slaves that went back to Western Africa and created Liberia (anyone more enlightened on American history please correct me here)

The main problem is that there has been no real consenting living together of the both ethnics and as usual this isn't a matter of the people but a problem of the bigheaded politicians (admittedly on the both sides) ...

No one can deny that the tactics of Zionist governments (Begin/Nethanyanu/Sharon) against the Palestinian people are "holocaustic" .

The truth is that history did not start 60 years ago. Palestine as a land mass was bolstered by the Romans in effort to discredit the Jews. None the less both parties deserve to live in peace and dignity, and with that yes we should let this post die so that we can get back to discussing our passion, the artisty which brouight us all together here in one place to begin with, music. As I sit here and write, listening carefully to Coleman Hawkins, I understand that this music that we make is the key to drawing people together and that politics can certianly only drive wedges between us. Let's do the very best music we can then.
