Now for some foam
for 8020s they probably do... but rule of thump is always as stable, non wobbly and solid like a rock as possible... the less the speaker can move in any way the better.swishniak wrote:im not sure which size youre getting, but my 8020s fit great on a solid mic stand. no effect on freq response (as far as i can tell). but great for positioning and saves desk space. cheap too

just check the length!!! i think those are 5m, might be overkill, keep 'em as short as possible.
looks like those are the shortest at thoman they have: 1.5m http://www.thomann.de/gb/the_sssnake_mx ... okabel.htm
all the quality ones (the link above) are balanced if shorter...
maybe you need to get cables elsewhere...
This is a great typo! Normally, it's the rule of thumb, but when discussing speakers it should always be the rule of thump from now on!SubFunk wrote:but rule of thump...
It's not obvious at first why the Lemur is so great, especially when considering its new competitor, and how much of a pain it is to get running. But, without a doubt, I am in love. Amazing amazing amazing!skeet wrote:I'm sorry, off topic, but: well, wish you lots of fun with the Touchscreen Animal!@Hidden Driveways wrote: ...and this week a Lemur
You'll love it! Can't live without now...
