That Clicking sound!!

I saw this thread just as I was coming out the U-he thread. Its something I always hated but accepted and adjusted my settings for when possible and changed directions when not.
Its my biggest complaint about the Arturia synths which I think are otherwise pretty gorgeous.

When I started using U-he stuff, the problem almost entirely goes away. So much so that I consider it a non issue with them. Aesthetics aside, it just seems Uhe have raised the bar by making better designs with fewer shiite artefacts. I hate all my other synths now! Wish I didnt. Come to think of it though I cant recall if Massive has "the click". I mostly found it on Arturia stuff when making bass sounds using LPF's.

Another option, to make the best use of existing synths is to, when possible use a high quality filter like Etch or FF, while enjoying the oscilators and quirks of other favourite synths. I find this helps alot.

Massive does have "the click" on certain bass sounds, & no matter how much you adjust envelopes, ( while trying to retain the character of the sound ) it is still there.

I have never had any issues with Diva. It has become my go to synth.

True. I checked it out after I posted. Clickety click. It seems to show up less often than some of my other plugs but is harder (sometimes not possible) to minimize when it does.
Any synth company that isnt busy reverse engineering U-he right now is asking to have their lunch eaten. My sense is thats not even Urs' intention. His plan just seems to be - make the best there is and they will come. And people are.

Yes, it's annoying. I have synth that has 'declick' option and it always works alright by enabling this.

Ive noticed that heavy EQ work exactly were the click sound helps but doesnt solve completely really find the frequency thats clicking when the note transitions and do some shaping to cut it help for me and definately sounds better imo

Anybody know what's actually going on here? I'm getting this problem with all my synths, especially when I have Ableton's Arpeggiator behind them.
