Did you log a support ticket from the site? There's a form, and they will definitely sort you out. I believe there was to be a grace period (part of the reason we see "x signed up" right at launch from what I'm told)... If you have a support ticket number PM me with that. If not, either please open one and keep me informed or send your email address registered with us and your IK username. Thanks.
Thank you, I will check if I have an open support ticket and pm you.

Just another incompatibility warning: several IK Multimedia plugins don't work properly in Live. You might experience sporadic crashes, esp. with SampleTank, SonicSynth and Amplitube. We have contacted IKM about this and are hoping that these issues can be resolved soon.

In any case I'd suggest to carefully test the demos first. Try setting a loop in the Arrangement view and let it run for a while.

Best,
Nico

Try using 2 instances of sample tank and load one with a sound that uses the rotating speaker effectttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ouch!! My Ears!!

Maybe they fixed this one, but I wouldn't know because I gave up on it ages ago. When I hear that they have fixed all the problems I might try again. It's really frustrating having paid hundreds for stuff I can't use, but since I gave up on ST Live hasn't crashed on me once.

This isn't universally true, we do test in Live and not every person will have problems. Just to be clear. Glad you and others are working with support on specific problems and I'm sure you will get squared away soon.

This doesn't sound like something that happens to everyone so the best solution is to contact support and they will do what they do best - get the problem resolved. Thanks!

If you have tickets open on these and they are not being worked to your satisfaction, PM the ticket numbers. If you don't have open tickets for each problem that you are having (remember, not everybody has the same issues - or in many/most cases none at all) please do so as this is the only way to get problems resolved.

I sent a cash report to Ableton with all the files necessary to reproduce the problem, but the only solution I received was to disable multi processor support.

If I still have the test files I'll try it again and see.
