We have similar taste in Dubstep I think.
Scorn, Broken Note and Somatic Response are all really fucking great!
I'll have to check out Warlock, Gunjack, Scanone, and Stormfield if they at all stand up to the ones I know!
Scorn have been doing dub industrial forever now, completely underrated in the states anyway.
Them, Techno Animal and a few others have been pushing a hard electronic dub sound for a while.
Got to meet the guy behind Broken Note after his show, which was all of 15 people here in Seattle.
Yeah Seattle is real cutting edge with electronic music.

I've lost track of what is dubstep and what isn't.
Most of the stuff mentioned here (the stuff I know anyway) is quality though

Maybe you'd like this (I too am not a fan of the over used wobble, but other parts of the dubstep genre are fun):

NonPlus+ Records has a few nice offerings so far. It includes a favourite electronic artist of mine,
ASC, who was already a well-established name in drum and bass. ASC will have a new album out July12 as a matter of fact. I personally enjoy his new style and recommend to fans of 2562, F, Consequence(NZ) and Scuba. Also look into the
Autonomic podcasts for some intriguing mixes from the DJ's behind the label.
Here is ASC's Soundcloud profile (not everything is dub-influenced):

You said it, bro! That's exactly how I felt when I first heard their music!!!
I think half of Broken Note is 16Bit. For sure they're in the same niche...
I never liked dubstep because it was always so "pussy romantic pony rainbow shit" sounding

, but I really like the direction these guys are taking this genre. I noticed Amon Tobin picked up some tricks pointing in the same direction. Not as heavy, but his new single
"Hey, Mr. Tree", makes his upcoming CD sound very promising!
No wonder if you collaborate with artists as Eskmo and Noisia (Yeah, check the remix by 16Bit of their song
"Machine Gun").
If you have any more tips in that direction, I'd love to hear it!

Latest Vex'd release is pretty nice, even though it's not exactly new...Jamie's new moniker (Kuedo) is pretty good as well. Shit, most of what Planet Mu is kicking out now is pretty good. But not all.
