all last year practicing on live,cubase, reason, logic and garageband, I threw away almost everything!
And this year so far, I haven't throw away anything,I think it's a waste of time now.
I believe the capacity of creating something great is a constant data.It's all about the learning curve. So what make you think that something you've done 10 minutes earlier is shit, while something you're going to do in 10 minutes is gonna be awesome? It takes months, years?
So I don't throw away anything, once I've done it I stick with it and finish the project. And if at the end it's not that great, too bad, I'll do better for the next one, and I'll learn from my mistakes. Meanwhile I try to be active on the social networking and promotions side, learn how all of this stuff work as well.
