I solved it: I synced it to Ableton using traditional midi cable, but also after that I think I solved it in Ableton, of course not more than one instance at a time. It looks like it was to much for Ableton to handle both Battery and Maschine I guess...Battery was already in the project template which I tried to load Maschine.
