Yes, I put the two effects on different tracks, above referred to as unit ONE and unit TWO.
I'll be glad to post my set-up, but I am a newby on this forum, so I do not know how to do that.
Please give me a clou and I'll do it, OK ?

Just a quick heads-up that I will be introducing a new plugin called ValhallaShimmer in the next week or two, that is designed to produce the Eno/Lanois/U2 "shimmer" sounds, as well as a variety of reverberant and pitch shifted ambiances:

Live 8.1.5 is my current main host that I am testing VST and AU on for the Mac, and I also use Live for the PC (I use Logic 9 on the Mac as well, but only because it tends to have more bugs that need to be tracked down). So it will work well on Live when it is released.

And, obviously by "in the next week or two" I meant "in the next five weeks."

Anyway, ValhallaShimmer was released for OSX today. VST/AU (plus RTAS, but not relevant for this forum). Demo versions available.

I am still working on the Windows version - it will take another week or so. I've been using Live for testing on the Windows side.
