not the fact that you failed to build a computer the proper way.
leave windows 7 to us 'advanced users'.

I got prolimatech megahalems cpu cooler, be quiet 580 watt psu, corsair xms 6gb, built and tested on xp by professionals at Scan computers.
Stop getting personal just cos crappy windows 7 doesnt work, when osx and xp do. (on the same system).

Unbelievable,

95% of all BSODs come from driver/hardware issues. make sure you have the correct (and latest) drivers for all components you're using.

Check if you have set the correct FSB voltage & timing for you memory. Check if your memory is compatible with you motherboard and be sure the newest bios update is installed. disable "automatic restart" in system setting, then you can note the error message and post it here.

Turns out it was the 3.6 overclock that was causing issues. Yeah forgot to mention that.
Windows 7 does'nt like it.
Apparently windows 7 puts more strain on the cpu. Osx and xp like it though. I guess i ll wander over to some overclocking board now, where hopefully i wont findanyone who is the age of 12, such as martinkellogs.

Thanks to everyone else.

You moron... You come in here bashing something nobody else seems to have a problem with when clearly it is a piss poor configuration done by YOU.

How about you apologize to everyone here that attempted to help your condescending ass when clearly it was your own stupidity that was the problem?
