Are you using sampler 128's? this is my problem, I have 8 or 16 sampler128's loaded and eventually once I pick my sounds I'm only really using 8 samples.. HUGE waste of space, ESPECIALLY if you're using collect all and save for you projects.

you cant multi-select the cells, but you can multi-select the chains - which is really the same thing. The pad display represents the various nested chains.
look at the chains in the rack list, hold down ctrl while you click the ones you don't want , then delete.

just be careful when you use some sounds only live with a pad or whatever
