Nope not in the US. I'll have to have a look at my profile. I'll see if I can dig it out, but I'm going to have to work out how to get it off of floppy disk. It was done in 2000, so things will have changed alot.

Each Chapter is its own document. I had to do that at the time cos, it kept crashing word when in one piece :lol:
