Glad that your problems are solved, lots of us still having this problem.

I've got a midisport 8x8 controlling a couple different machines and I NEED them all to sync with audio clips in Ableton. Recording the audio from multiple machines and mixing them in live just isn't a practical solution, especially when you're tweaking parameters on your external gear that you can't tweek in an audio file.

WHY is it so difficult to get midi syncing properly, Ableton? It's only been a standard for 30 years!!!

I'm pretty pissed I've effectively WASTED my money on a DAW that can't even keep proper timing.
