Sounds more like your an ethernet cable.
hehe some kind of ethernet device was my guess too, till you said you were a courier. Bike courier is something i've always thought would be pretty cool, getting to ride around like a mad bastard, keeping fit and catching some sun.

I do music for corporate dvd/multimedia. Started up 15 months ago. Hasn't been easy but i'm still alive, and always trying to increase the ratio of music to musack in my life. :D

I've been working in a studio that does on hold advertising and all that irritating mobile phone stuff (press one to have us scratch our arses and ignore you for a bit.)

It's been a nice laid back job, but pay is rubbish and I sit on my arse all day, drink good Real ale at lunch time and has a result have turned into a fat bastard

Now that I'm going back to Oz guess I'll be going back to the exciting world of conferencing AV! Unless I can find any kind of decent studio Job.

I like to bake my bread for an extra long time for a really crunchy crust :)

I work in marketing for a local college, not very exciting but makes use of some of my creative side.

I'm self-employed in spring and summer. I own an seasonal icecream store, so I'll take that waffle cone now or.....perhaps later. In the fall I wark for a music stores school services deptartment. They send me around the state of Michigan with a trunk (boot) full of instruments for prospective band students to try. When they've decided what they want to play, someone else comes and makes the sale. Pretty easy stuff really.

ohhh my... you have all such cool jobs....

i forgot to put what i do!

i am a music teacher at a community school, the sort of school where students go when they've been kicked out of other schools... or where regular school systems don't work for them. I teach rock, hip hop and all sorts of computer music to high school aged students.

have dabbled in sound engineering for a few years, and spend most of my time extra playing in bands.. and sometimes get to write music for films.

I currently work as Gas turbine engineer. Power plants planes etc etc. Great money long hours intresting work. Possibly due to start working covering northern africa and peacefull arab countries.

was on dole for 1 year plus

GOT OFFERED THE gig to score movie in LA only for that to evaporate 8O

Previously to that i was in house composer for multimedia firm short films DVDs interactive games, presentations etc etc but walked out after getting throughly bored and pissed off with company politics and complete idiocy. The money was reasonable buit they wanted to own evry piece of work i wrote wether at work or at home while using my self financed powerbook. i told them to get ****ed.
Still talk to them though. Did that for 2 years.
:? :)
before that fixed locomotives.

before that played techno live in various european nightspots and parties.
before that had a proper mental picnic due excesses of late eighties early nineties.

before that played techno at underground parties put records out and had fights on the stage with my best mate while playing live with atari st 909 303 etc etc at the ministry of sound - before i may add - it became uter shite( the ministry and the band).

before that
before that
before this

uuuuuuuuu

oh and last night discovered my bank had opened up a share dealing account for me, without my knowledge, in 2002, `and lodged about 630 thousand dolars worthof stocks in it.
i was very happy.
Bu that turned out to be amistake on the banks behalf.
cest la vie
it was a nice feeling foirma wee bit though :D

unlike the fantasy one your talking about.
Right enough it was the remake of old macdonalds farm - they needed contemporary music for the film - you know remixed old macdonals farm etc etc.

it was a start :?
