Sometimes the e-mail takes a while to get sent out. If it doesn't come, check your spam/junk too. If it's not there, PM me and I'll e-mail you a copy. Cheers!

Hey mate. I replied above with my policy on e-mail and what it'll be used for. If you're still hesitant with the option to unsub at anytime and understanding that I use my list to send out high value, free educational videos, then just don't bother grabbing the book. I've been watching your videos for quite a while and am excited to get my hands on your book. I signed in and got the email back from that, but no link for the book... Is there another email that I should be expecting with the download?

Sometimes the e-mail takes a while to come, or unintentionally goes to your spam or junk. Check those. If not, then PM me and I'll e-mail you a copy. The book is not publicly available on Google - that is a broken and invalid indexed link. Cheers!

Nice tips. Knew most of them, but it was still worth it simply to see how others organize and optimize.
