I have (2) Tascam US-144 mkII, and they are great, rock solid drivers too, amazing deal. The pres sound fine, the converters sound more than fine, only potential drawback is 15 ms latency when playing Virtual synths with MIDI. Not a problem for me on keys, from percussion controllers I like a faster response time but I can also ork with 15 ms. Got an Emu 0204 and it too is great but I am having some trouble in Win7 with driver stability, hoping 8.2.2 will take care of that.
