Cool!!!! I got to try that!! I also remember a tip of starting with the instrument you know best and the rest follows.

Man it would be cool to see someone do a tutorial on this,whole subject. Any takers??

Re: my music, I took most of my older material offline because I'm working on some new stuff in a very different vein. I'll definitely put it up when it's in decent shape.

BTW, I love the idea of using the instrument you know best to start with. However, that can backfire and lead to creative stagnation. In those cases, I like to start with an instrument that I have no experience with and approach it as naively as possible. Don't be afraid to use instruments and plugins the "wrong" way.
