Vst midi out to different midi channels other than midi channel 1. Vertical effect and instrument editing, Down the left or right side so your not always doing everything on the bottom of the screen. Automation curves and surround support.

well i guess the most answers for production is because most people are using it for. (?)

pitty the dj stuff is buggy and complicated. (the only thing which was working proper is midi sync)

maybe i don't understand the philosophy but i hear what i like, i know how to reproduce it the most direct way and i get lots of problems with djing:

my two greatest issues are:

- beat matching with large files not cut to full bars is very tricky to do it really clean. (mashup workflow)

- live can not be used to record and control knobs from traktor s4 the same time (missing midi thru switch in traktor)
- transfering loop-samples from traktor s4 to ableton is really a pain in the a.. (ok again it's a traktor problem)

Fix the browser - give us better colour coding, keyboard shortcuts for favourite VST and Live Devices, and midi assignable importing of clips and devices.
