the other 50% is in favor of me because he did
not have a sig at the time.
Then added it,but, he's been active so it doesnt
count as a true spammer like DVD ones.
I will fully concede that I won by 50%. ;)

but that's why I said that the spam is now weird, all these guys need to do is keep posting innocuous anodyne conversation starters like "who is your favourite singer" and watch their SEO rankings climb. The reason it works is because Ableton forums have a really high pagerank, so all you need to do is post lots of innocuous posts like "who here likes swimming?" and "what is your favourite music?" to get your keyword populated sig up in the rankings.

A sig with key (search) phrases like "cheap vacation deals" linked from a page with monster page rank like this one = big win.

A lot of this work is done by "correctional facilities". I kid you not.

I think Angstrom is dead on. The overly trite and childishly innocent facade, claims to not be a boy, and generic template website (recently updated with prices) with a level of maturity not matching the personality = inmate. Or maybe mentally dissonant trailer home body. Hoping to god it isn't a nonce.

I've been enjoying the sound of Wanda Sa's voice lately.

BTW Driveways, your site is helpful/good articles; was disappointed with the drawbacks of the nerd-bling that is the X100 and the iLife article draws a close parallel to what I imagine a large number of us 30-somethings, sans the cafe/coffee aspect which I've never really been into, though I do enjoy an iced hazelnut once in awhile.

Angstrom's got this just right. And I would also bang Gwen Stefani.

That is all.

Thanks Shadx!

...PS - It's not that I'm "into" going to cafes and such, it's just that I want the coffee I drink to taste really really good. Have you ever ordered a hazelnut coffee and felt like it wasn't as hazlenutty as you had hoped it would be? Yeah. That's what I'm talking about. So, I was just addressing the implied stigma of drinking a latte and holding an iPad.

Yes, definitely. Quality is QUALITY. It was interesting to see someone say they're becoming a cliche they used to scoff at. I used to be an Apple hater in the early 2000's because of them being "industry standard", but now I can see the only materials I'd need are an MBP and a couple controllers. I've been embracing the minimalist lifestyle more and more, where the only things I have are things I need. Just got done watching Changoman's bike rides on Vimeo. Man I could really go for that right now...

I am not a musician but I do love music, does it mean that I shouldn't be here because of that? Why are you so hot on me?

Used to be that we'd just get a gibberish advert for "pen15 3nlargment!" , now we get people SEO bombing the forums selling carpets, and "virtual assistants"

Inspiro Assistant,
I am prepared to believe you are a musician who just happens to want to SEO your marketing company, however could you please link to your souncloud account, or some kind of music related activity which you are involved in. I'm sure you are a lovely person in real life. However, I also am pretty sure you are in an Alabama correctional facility forced to post on forums for $1 a week paid in tobacco.

can you drop us a hint on this matter, in a way that your guards will not pick up on.
Also, if you killed a man just to watch him die. That's fine, we've all done that.

Thanks RC for believing in me. I think Angstrom is the one who is spamming here because his post is not related to the thread, what do you think? Maybe he is just said that to have a number of posts and now I am being suspicious too.

Because its not music related you guys question his SIG ?
Show me the rule that says MUSIC RELATED SIGS ONLY ????
