Yes, highlight the pitch envelope section by clicking on it.

And click on the red "G" to activate portamento or glide.

Here's another little lesson that explains an often overlooked feature.
Clip automation is mostly used with looping clips.
But did you know that you can use these clips to modulate incoming audio signals or synths and effects without having to loop anything? (apart from the modulation signal)

If you already use this technique, then this lesson will not be of any interest to you.

btw - anyone got a good xylophone-ish sound? i figure that should be pretty easy to program.
