Please explain what part of clyphx supports this. I don't see it in the manual anywhere.

I meant an 'undo' clip...
make an un-quantized undo clip on the top slot...you record and decide on the fly...if yes...loop/stop if no...undo...
hmmm ...
back in the day (before I switched to m4l/automap pro for controls and before 'looper') I used to have a massive "bomes" setup..
maybe it could help you..
it has shortcuts to sequences like delete clip/ duplicate selected clip/duplicate selected track+move 1 slot down+record/ and many many more.
virtually almost anything that can be done using a keyboard..in live is mapped there..
I'll dig it up and send it to you if you'd like. (can't find it here..probly on the laptop.)
Live's navigation using the keyboard is pretty good..and it's a great way to use that with a controller
(bomes is still a great tool no kidding !! )
