Save a ton of money and subscribe to macprovideo for a couple months.
In one of PB's free videos their instructor kept calling the arrange view the session view. Plus, I've seen typos on their site. I get it, we all make mistakes but for whatever reason, I'm more sensitive to these details than most. In any event, if they're willing to overlook those type of details, I'm curious what else are they overlooking, not paying attention to or just don't know.
People pay for answers, not more questions.

Yea, I'm currently on a month pass with them to get myself up-to-speed quickly on Logic Pro X. Awesome tutorials!

I had a similar experience with PB. I done their 'Ableton Live 1' EMD production course. I was left feeling ripped off and disillusioned. I had learned more from You Tube tutorials and trial and error. I too was left with more questions than ever after the course had finished. I almost gave up.
I came across Quantize Ableton Tutorials on facebook.
https://www.facebook.com/QuantizeCourses After watching all of the free tutorials I decided to sign up for a course with Quantize. It was the exact opposite of PB. The video tutorials were extremely informative and very well explained by Keith. The live chat (Skype) was one to one so no worries about sharing precious time with others and not always getting satisfactory (if any) answers. All the questions I Keith asked were answered in depth. The feedback videos covered everything in great detail and were far from short. The longest feedback video I got from PB was 11mins 34secs. My final feedback video from Quantize Courses lasted almost an hour.
If you are considering doing a Ableton Live course then I strongly recommend doing a Quantize Course

Groove 3 is pretty great, and I've heard Quantize is good, too!

Well, even though that was from 2 years ago, better late than never: Thanks for the support

I read the first page agape that nobody had mentioned QC and big Keith in this thread yet, so was delighted to read your post. You summed it up brilliantly. I was sceptical about the outlay but I don't begrudge a cent, some of the best money I've spent. Can't recommend it highly enough. You only have to watch a few of the freebie tuts that he puts out on youtube so see what a gun he is at explaining Live concepts and usage.

though I've only seen one video.
Personally I'm not a big fan of videos though. I do written ones (free) and one-to-one (£10-20 per hour).
