True, maybe since it's more structured to be singles while the others just sound like one organic blob (respectfully)? Btw, he's got a great mix that was on BTS radio you can find, and
"Goes to Hollywood" on his 45 with "And Nico" is God.
I still need to check the Shlohmo and Siriusmo albums, also wondering about a recent one-Teebs-Sketches, I think?
Collections 01, which I still haven't really listened to either. Still stuck on
Ardour... not that that's a bad thing. Teebs is also just about the nicest guy in the fucking world, so I have extra incentive to refrain from acquiring his stuff until I can actually pay for it.
Love "Goes to Hollywood" and "The Uprising of the Insane" is so much better than Kanye's boring-ass rehash of the same sample it's not even a contest.
Mosaik is probabably my favorite album of the year. Loved all of Mo's EPs and singles, and the album definitely didn't disappoint. Caught him over the summer at HARD for one of his first live performances ever (apparently Modeselektor and other folks at Monkeytown basically had to beg him to get out of the studio and start playing shows). He played a great set, I can't wait for the next time he comes back to the States.

I read through some other forum's Best-albums-of-2011 tracks. It reminded me of how much elitism there is, revolving around trance.
As soon as the tracks become slightly listening-accessible by normal people, elitists start hating and call "cheese pop".
Don't people get bored of finding everything in the whole world sub-par?
Oh, and I forgot to mention that I forgot ATB - Distant Earth came out this year as well. Wicked album, although Future Memories was slightly better, because drum & bass mixed with trance is epic
